NONESCOST remains true to its goal of upgrading the quality of its instruction through its qualified, dynamic, and dedicated faculty. A total of 133 (36%) full-time, permanent faculty are employed in the four (4) campuses. There are also 52 (14%) full-time and 184 (50%) part-time faculty on Contract of Services status that were hired to suffice the need for teachers in each program based on the increase in enrollment and based on the allowed number of teaching preparations of faculty.
106 (80%) of the permanent faculty are master’s degree holders in line with their field of specialization and 27 (20%) are doctorate degree holders. All full-time and part-time faculty on Contract of Services status are at least master’s degree holders and are handling subjects based on their areas of specialization. 71 (53%) and 62 (47%) full-time permanent faculty members are handling board programs and non-board programs, respectively.
