How to find your Student ID number in FACTS

When you are applying for your Residency Number, you will be asked for your Student ID number, which you can find in your FACTS Family Portal.

Step 1: Log into FACTS Family Portal

Step 2: Click on the Family  drop down in the Menu

Step 3: You may need to change the Family Member drop-down to the Student (Child)'s name. ID number is found under the Contact Info
