Using the Chrome Web Store

The Chrome Web Store is a resource for finding new extensions for the Chrome Browser. If you are logged into your Noble Knights account, when you enter the Web Store, you will find a collection of extensions that we recommend.

Extensions interact with your web browser to add a function to web pages. This could be as simple as changing the way your cursor looks, to reading text from a webpage to you. There are a variety of extensions available in the Chrome Store for you to explore.

There are some limits on the extensions you can add, but keep in mind that not all extensions are made the same. Some may appear to offer you a way to change your cursor while adding unwanted popup ads and stealing personal information.

A Word of Warning

Some 3rd Party (non-Google extensions) can cause problems for some Google products to run correctly. If you have a problem running Google Meet, the likely reason is an extension interference.
