MAP Testing

To prepare for MAP testing you need to Disable Chrome Extension and Allow Popups for MAP. Instructions for both processes are listed below.

Disable Chrome Extensions

Some Chrome Extensions can impact MAP testing. You will need to disable them before you begin testing.

Step 1: Click on the three dots at the upper right-hand side of the screen.

Step 2: In the menu, select “More Tools” and Extensions.

Step 3: In the menu that appears, deselect all the extensions you have added. Turn them off by clicking on the blue slider and moving it to the left.

Allowing Pop-Ups

Step 1: Google "MAP Testing NWEA" or click HERE

Step 2: This will open a page requesting permission to allow pop-ups.

Step 3: Inside the address bar, click on the small window with the red X.

Step 4: This will bring up a command box that allows pop-ups from the Map Testing Site. Click on “Always allow pop-ups from https://test.mapnwea.org” and click Done.

Step 5: Reload the page.

Now you are ready to begin the test.
