We will celebrate the 100th day of school on Friday, January 31st.
To celebrate the hundredth day, we would love the kids to dress up like they are 100 years old. Here are some ideas to help you start planning your outfit for our special day.
Girls: printed skirts, pearls, eyeglasses, sweaters, wigs or curled hair style, gray hair, knee high stockings, large purses, scarves, canes, etc…
Boys: button down or flannel shirts, suspenders, ties, hats, eyeglasses, canes, etc…
We are doing a combined Sign Up Genius for our 100th Day and Valentine’s Celebration.
If you would like to sign up to send in items, please click here to view the Sign Up Genius.
When you sign up, please type your child's name & their teacher's name in the comment section.
Please send these items by Monday, January 27th. (With the exception of the sugar cookies, there is a different date noted for them).
Thank you for making our celebrations possible. We appreciate your donations!
*If your child has an allergy and can't eat the items on the Sign Up Genius, please reach out to your child's teacher to let them know what items. You are welcome to send in alternate items.*

Set aside some time to gather as a family and check in with each other. Ask each family member, “How are you feeling today?” Practice Honesty when responding and listen carefully as each family member shares. Use the emotion check-in questions to learn more. Challenge yourselves to check in with each other on a regular basis! Let people know you are Grateful for their willingness to share.

We will use all we know about sounds to help us read. We will pay close attention to beginning and ending sounds, and chunks we know in order to help us have stronger sound power when reading.
We will learn to add pictures and diagrams to our “How-To” writing.
