We will be learning about rocks and conducting experiments. We will need rocks of all kinds.
Please have your child bring ONE rock in a sandwich bag, labeled with their name. Your child should be able to safely carry it to and from school inside their backpack. In other words - no large rocks or concrete. Please send to school on Monday, April 21st.
Northwest ISD invites families to provide their input about our district and schools through a survey open until 5 p.m. Monday, April 21. The survey should take about 5 to 15 minutes to complete. The English version of the survey will be available at www.nisdtx.org/survey, while a Spanish version is available at this link.
This survey is your resource to provide anonymous feedback about how our district and schools are serving your child as well as your family. Tell us what you feel is working and where you think we can improve. Respondents are asked to identify strengths and areas needing improvement on topics such as campus climate, safety, instruction, communication and support services. If you have children enrolled in more than one school, you will be able to take the school portion of the survey for each child.
Spring Pictures have been rescheduled to:
Wednesday, April 23.
Registration for the 2025-2026 school year opened on Tuesday, April 15.
Enrollment is an annual requirement and doesn't roll over from the previous school year, but for returning families, the process is an easy three-step completion. The process is handled through Home Access Center via a guardian’s account, which results in previous registration information being completed. Enrolling your child as early as possible is one way you can help your campus and the district prepare for next school year.
Please visit www.nisdtx.org/enroll to learn more!
