Nattering with the NHS
Nattering was a youth led project that developed during lockdown to tackle the lack of work experience for young people.
Each month, young people interviewed people working in different roles in the NHS to find out about the skills required for the role, what a typical day is like and the path they took to get to where they are.
Project group members developed the concept and took turns to experience the different roles.
