The Youth Forum is looking for young people who have been to hospital for an appointment, a procedure, or a longer hospital admission. We are also looking for young people who are a sibling of someone who has been in hospital.

We are passionate that young people should have a voice within our hospital. Young people are innovative, creative and inspiring; and through the Great North Youth Forum we want to make sure their voice is heard!
The Youth Forum will be involved in projects happening throughout the hospital. It will be a group that enacts positive change while providing a safe and fun environment for our young people to grow in confidence.
We welcome everyone, of all abilities to join us.

Our criteria is that you must be aged 14 – 24. You must have been to hospital; this could have been for an appointment, a procedure or a longer hospital admission. The Youth Forum is also looking for young people who are a sibling of someone who has been in hospital.
