Terms of Reference of the Group

Transition from the Clinical Research Network (CRN) to the Research Delivery Network (RDN) demands robust and ongoing engagement with our workforce. Following a preliminary assessment of staff views in December 2023, a network-wide digital survey was conducted in February 2024, gathering insights from 120 staff members across organisational boundaries. This paper presents the findings and recommendations derived from the survey and highlights key themes and areas for improvement as identified by staff.
