The RDN Transformation Programme
The RDN Transformation Programme has four main components:
Our Vision - To create a vision for the future. As we move to the new RDN, understanding what we’re here to do and having a shared purpose is key to ensuring we’re all connected to the vision
Our Identity - Everyone in the organisation will need a clear understanding about who we are and what we are here to do. By having clarity on our roles, responsibilities, and where we sit in the wider health and care research system, we will add value to our customers, stakeholders and the public.
Our People - This work looks at how we are enabling the transformation of the people of the RDN. What do they need to know, understand, learn, and act, in order to collaborate, connect, and demonstrate the behaviours needed to deliver the new organisation.
Our Organisation - As we become a new organisation we need to make sure we are heading in the right direction. To do this we have described what the future should look like and what it ‘feels’ to be part of the RDN. We are now focusing on how we will measure success.
Everyone has the opportunity to get involved and help shape our ways of working for the future.
