“Helping to build the RDN virtual sessions” - Booking for May 2024 open
Sessions will run on the following dates:
Monday 20 May 10:30-12:30
Please be aware that workshop timings are scheduled for 2 hours, but may be shorter as we continue to develop the content based on the feedback of participants so far. The workshops will take place virtually.
What to expect:
Discuss the future with other staff from across the Network
Spend time understanding the RDN ‘Vision’ and ‘Change Statements’ in small groups and think about how this will look for leaders, staff, customers, sites and patients and the public
Share what the vision of the RDN means to you
Add your voice about what will be different in the new Network
The workshops are an opportunity to explore aspects of the RDN vision with colleagues. Transformation programme updates and new information will be communicated separately via appropriate channels.
Here’s what some of the participants have said so far:
"I found it a really positive and engaging experience…. It provided a valuable opportunity to talk and reflect with colleagues from across the country and to learn, discuss and analyse the change statements. I would recommend the workshop to all of my colleagues within the NIHR CRN."
"I wasn't sure what to expect from the workshop, but I'm glad I took part as it was interesting and reassuring to speak to like minded people and a reminder that we are all in the same boat and we all want the same things.”
Feedback from previous participants shows the workshops have resulted in an increased understanding of the RDN Vision - find out more about this and other workshop outcomes to date
