In some cases (related to programme eligibility) this is described as within the first 5 years of completing formal, professional training.

Together with the relevant Organisational or Professional Lead, the NW Research Workforce Team can support Professional Groups, NHS Trusts and Specialty Trainees (sometimes within their Deanery programme time) - with a range of research conversations/workshops/programmes of differing sizes and depth.
