We are able to deliver at venues across the geography of the Trust, and in particular that we have our facility at Cheadle to engage with harder to reach rural populations

Able to deliver clinical trials requiring -80 freezer / centrifuge / sample processing
Bone densitometry; imaging provided for services across MPFT by neighboring acute Trusts

RECRUITMENT ACHIEVEMENTS
We have achieved the First Global/UK patient within our commercial rheumatology clinical trials
Dedicated administrative and data management team can ensure CRF entry within 3 working days, or in line with sponsor requirement. Study set-up can be expedited, e.g. this has been achieved in the past for urgent public health studies
OTHER KEY INFORMATION
Excellent performance against recruitment to time and target. The only community Trust to have led the delivery of COVID vaccine trials
Uniquely placed to recruit from both secondary and primary care
Experienced research delivery team with active rater programme within rheumatology, mental health and dementia
We have engaged with non NHS sector (schools, prisons, care homes, hospices) to deliver research
We have also engaged with primary care, using GP practices to successfully recruit to vaccine and community studies
We support Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust with their R&I function, which brings opportunities for collaborative working
