Breakout Group Triads

Working in triads, you will conduct three rounds of post-conferences using the refinement plan you developed for the Algebra lesson.
Alternate roles as follows:
Post-conference leader
Algebra teacher
Post-conference observing coach: Collect evidence of coaching skills and provide non-judgmental feedback
You will have 15 minutes per round. The person serving as the observing coach is responsible for keeping time during each round.
10 minutes for the mock post-conference
5 minutes for the:
Observing coaching to provide feedback to the post-conference leader
Algebra teacher to share key take-aways from the teacher perspective
