Epic is a huge digital library where kids can access thousands of books and videos. It is used for enjoyment, research, an introduction to skills and strategies, as well as a differentiation tool using the "Read To Me" books.
Teachers create a class first, and then get students signed in by using a class join code.

Brain Pop and Brain Pop Jr.
BrainPop and BrainPop Jr. is being renewed at the elementary school. These sites offer so many short, animated movies that could be used as an introduction to a topic in the subjects of social studies, science, math, and so much more. They even have spanish options, which could be helpful.

2. Choose Enter code in top right
3. Enter code: JYVL2517
4. Follow directions and enter information to set up your teacher account that is linked to NHES.

Book Creator is a simple tool to help you create ebooks on the ipad, Chromebook, or web. It allows you to create teaching tools, or let your students choose what to create.
Book Creator allows you to combine text, images, audio, and video in order to create interactive stories, digital portfolios, and science or math journals.
Really, the possibilities are endless. The finished books can be printed, or uploaded to the Google Drive and Seesaw.
