How to I respond in a Help Desk ticket?
Wondering why no one has contacted you about your problem? Maybe someone did try and fix or look at the issue, but more questions need to be answered.
****Please check back within your Help Desk submission to see if there are any further questions, comments, or fixes from the tech team.
Here's how to communicate through the help desk ticket so your issue is solved as soon as possible.

First, go to: https://www.nhsd.k12.wi.us/
Then, follow the steps below:
Click on MAIN MENU in the upper right hand corner
Under DISTRICT - click on TECHNOLOGY SERVICES
Go to the FACULTY PAGE LOG IN
LOG IN with normal log in
Click EDIT MY PROFILE
Make changes to your BASIC INFO
UPDATE at the bottom
