There comes a point when writing teachers only have so much left to teach you; you need to keep writing, get feedback, revise, and repeat. That’s where workshopping comes in. In this class, students will start their writing projects early, then submit their work for feedback from other members of the class. After receiving feedback, students will continue writing or revise their projects. Feedback will continue on an ongoing basis until poems are complete. For the first half of the module, each class will also focus on learning and practicing the styles and techniques of poetry.
