When people hear the word ‘intelligent’, they usually think of one thing: IQ. While that may be a measurement of general intelligence, it only captures one kind of thinking. There are 7 more kinds of intelligence, such as spatial intelligence or emotional intelligence. This class will explore various scientific and psychological articles covering all 8 forms of intelligence. Students will then need to design a quiz or personal assessment to help others understand the 8 intelligences and measure themselves in each one.
