Transcript Request

• Seniors request college transcripts via Naviance.

• Visit the counseling office if a transcript is needed for other reasons (permit, insurance, etc.) 

Facts about requesting transcripts your senior year:

• If you request a transcript, there is a $2 fee associated with that request, regardless of whether you ultimately apply to the school.

• You can view the status of your transcripts on the student's Naviance page, under Colleges, click Transcripts, view status.

• When you feel that you are done requesting transcripts, you can bring a check in to Mary Dannen, written to: NHS, with the student's name in the memo. 

• We will process student requests to send transcripts.  Parents/Students, please contact your school counselor if you do not want transcripts sent. 

• You do not have to pay for the Final Transcript sent in June.

• We DO NOT require payment before transcripts are sent.  Counselors send them based on the deadline.
