ESL Library

CTE Students who are located in and near NYC are able to consult books from the department's English Language Studies library in our office, 66 W 12th St, 6th floor. Please send an email to elsc@newschool.edu with your availability so we can coordinate in-office staffing, and to inquire about the current possibility of checking out books if that is of interest. All visitors must abide by campus access guidelines due to COVID-19.

Advanced Consulting for Education (ACE)  English Language Teacher Training Videos  

Each video with accompanying handout serves as a mini course on a particular area of language teaching or language program management.  Some videos are structured as informational lectures, while others focus on practical application, incorporating activities and techniques you can put to use in your teaching context immediately.  All our videos are free to watch for everyone.
