When the TaxJar Error Appears
Click OK and continue placing the order as usual.
If the Error Appears Again
Refresh KON and retry placing the order.
If the Issue Persists
Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
If the Problem Still Continues (optional)
Escalate the issue to your Team Lead or Support Team for further investigation.
Desktop App Issues
If RingCentral isn’t working on the desktop app:
Reset App Data
Go to Top Right Corner → Help → Troubleshooting → Reset App Data.
Reinstall the App
If the issue persists, uninstall the RingCentral app and reinstall it.
Web Application Issues
If RingCentral isn’t working on the web:
Logout on All Devices
Log out from both desktop and web.
Reset App Data
Perform the desktop reset app data steps.
Clear Browser Cache & History
If the issue continues, clear your cache and browsing history.
