1. Responding to the Customer

• When you receive a question about affiliate referrals, reply with:

“Thank you for reaching out. We’re forwarding your inquiry to the appropriate

team member, and they will be in touch with you soon”

2. Forward the Inquiry

• Copy and paste the customer’s email.
