It can take a few weeks for NettWork Global to receive your license at our office. Rest assured that if you have found your updated information on the MREC website on the Licensee Lookup, you are officially transferred.
Once your MREC transfer form is fully executed and in the mail, we will send a request to your realtor board in order for them to notify Maris of your change. Depending on the association, this could take a couple of hours, or a couple of days.
Do not fear, you can continue business as normal during this period.
To change your email address in Maris, follow the instructions here.
Your license will be mailed with a tracking number. This will ensure that if anything comes up during the time period before we receive your license in-hand, it is documented and tracked what the status of your license transfer is.
These listings can be transferred to NettWork Global with the approval of the previous broker. There is a form for both brokers to sign and when this is sent to Maris, the listing is transferred within one business day. We will help facilitate this change.
Forms required:
Maris listing transfer form - signed by both brokers
Listing Agreement Amendment & Broker Disclosure Form (Click links for samples)
Must state clearly the change in broker, but not agent, and include NettWork Global contact information.
Must have all clients, and NWG Broker signatures
Some brokerages have their own in-house forms to sign upon exit.
This listing will follow NettWork Global compliance procedures when it goes under contract / closed.
These listings, most times, will stay with the holding brokerage and follow those compliance procedures until closed.
If the listing mutually releases, it opens the opportunity to move this listing to NettWork Global, pending the holding broker's approval as listed above.
If the listing is to be moved, be sure to get a fully executed mutual release and then follow the instructions above to move this Active listing to NettWork Global.
These transactions will stay with the holding brokerage and follow those compliance procedures through closing.
If the buyers mutually release from the active sales contract, it opens the opportunity to get a new Buyer's Agency Agreement signed with NettWork Global.
Be sure to terminate the buyer's agency agreement with the holding brokerage in order to sign a new buyer's agency agreement in full compliance.
These buyers can move to NettWork Global after an amendment to terminate the buyer's agency agreement is executed by the buyers and previous broker.
This will require a new Buyer's Agency Agreement to be executed following NettWork Global compliance procedures.

Broker-Specific Questions and Conversations
An agent will receive payment from the transaction when the file has officially been funded with the title company and all documents are approved by the Compliance Department. Typically, it takes approximately 1-2 business days for NWG to receive commission checks. Funds will then be directly deposited into the bank account that was provided in the agent’s onboarding documents.
Here are some questions asked during the broadcast:
1) Are we able to delete documents submitted in BrokerSumo?
Answer: YES! This has been enabled post-video.
2) Do I need to download the Commission Disbursement after I create it in BrokerSumo?
Answer: NO! You just need to create it in the system and this will satisfy the Compliance review.
3) What is the best timeframe for submitting transactions in BrokerSumo for Compliance review?
Answer: The sooner the better!
Check all areas of your profile to be sure that you will continue to receive notifications.
