Broker signature can be obtained by sending e-signature documents with the following designation:
Mike B. Nettemeyer, Sr
Documents will not be signed without proper e-signature designation. Be sure to assign the signature place before sending.
All Documents must be uploaded into Broker Sumo within 2 business days of execution and submitted for compliance review.
Sending a document for e-signature or including in an email does not constitute a submission for compliance review or approval.
To Submit a Document for compliance review, please upload into a transaction in Broker Sumo, and send a note to the compliance department via the
in-line note feature of Broker Sumo. The email should be compliance@nettworkglobal.com, but only through the Broker Sumo platform.
Listing Agreements, Sales Contracts and Referral Agreements must be uploaded into Broker Sumo within 2 business days of execution and submitted for compliance review.
Broker Sumo serves as our main and only library of executed documents for compliance review and broker oversight.
There is no specific NettWork Global referral agreement. Please utilize the Missouri Referral form for this.
Because NettWork Global does not provide an e-Signature platform, it does not matter to us which platform you use.
The only requirement is when sending documents for broker signature, that it contains the information listed below.
