These templates are beneficial in two ways.

1. They are a valuable quick start to posting to social media. With the social platforms constantly changing, these templates will need to be updated as best practices evolve. The first step to success is to get started.

2. They also provide branding to The Brokerage and a value of representing yourself as part of a larger entity.

The Agent is also responsible for ensuring that all social media engagement conforms to the standards established in the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics. 

ABOUT THE TEMPLATES

We present the templates in a ready to use format through Canva.com. The templates are editable to your own photos, aethstetic and branding colors. Each template has a sample page for text content to post as well.

We will continue to update this guide with more templates as the need arises. Please feel free to suggest posts or post types as well.

Each image below is linked to an individual template in Canva.com. When you click on the image, a template link will open. Click Use Template to access the template and make changes. You will then be prompted to open your Canva account - if you do not have one, you can make one at that time.
