The current board policy protects students' book checkout history from everyone except their parents, law enforcement, and administration.
Through various digital citizenship lessons, students are informed that district policy states users have no right or expectation to privacy when using district technology.
Collaborated with 7th, 8th, and 9th grade students on various aspects of digital citizenship, including digital footprints, safe online communication, sexting, and copyrights/Creative Commons.
Common sense media lessons, focused on digital citizenship, taught at various grade levels at Humke elementary.
