Community Partnerships

Maintains a strong relationship with the Charles and Jo Ann Lester Library; serves as a district representative on the library board. 

 Utilizes the South Central Library System to provide students with access to resources through school library cards. 

Host a table during high school registration to assist parents in creating and linking their Schoology accounts to their children's profiles. 

Organized a book fair at the middle school during Showcase Night at the end the school year. 

Reintroduced the Battle of the Books program at both the middle and high school levels.  

Provides assistance to parents and guardians with technology issues, such as Schoology and PowerSchool concerns for virtual students. 

Consider hosting a digital safety night for parents in collaboration with community partners, inspired by initiatives from the De Pere School District. 

Explore opportunities to bring in community members for informal discussions during lunch or academic resource periods, based on student interest.  

Enhance communication with parents through ParentSquare to remind them of available resources and offer after-school hours for in-person or virtual assistance 

Collaborate with the public library to create a joint reading program, potentially incorporating incentives to encourage participation.
