NEFEC Organization of Educational Leaders (NOELs) -  The NOELs serve as the Advisory Council for the Instructional Services Department.  The NOELs meet bi-monthly to discuss strategies for increasing student achievement, assisting educators in meeting their instructional goals, and fulfilling required mandates.  NEFEC staff provides technical assistance, professional learning, and resources that support the NOELs in these efforts.
