This network supports district human resource directors by facilitating the sharing of best practices, assisting in planning and coordinating targeted professional development for HRMN members, and by working with districts to implement a comprehensive Human Capital Management System that includes induction programs, mentoring, staffing high need/critical areas, alternative certification options and community involvement in welcoming and supporting new teachers. The HMRN also offers districts access to an experienced recruiter who develops and implements recruitment strategies on behalf and in cooperation with the participating member districts. 

Participating districts include:  Baker, Bradford, Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Nassau, Lafayette, Levy, Putnam, Suwannee, Union, Madison, and Hernando.
