What is the NEFEC Virtual Network?
For the past five years, NEFEC has offered regional professional learning opportunities under the umbrella title, "NEFEC CONNECT." These have been educator focused with opportunities for these educators to direct the content and strategies used in the sessions.
This upcoming school year will be full of challenges and we know that this will affect the manner in which professional learning is designed and delivered. NEFEC wants to safely support teachers and still continue to deliver regional professional learning opportunities at no charge for educators within our member districts.
We will deliver three virtual professional learning sessions this year between October and March. These will be limited to half-day (2.5 hours) virtual sessions. Implementation will include practical activities related to the standards/strategies used in the session.
