Instructional Support Reflection System 

The Instructional Support Reflection System is a system of support that promotes monitoring and accountability of teacher and student growth. The system encourages the use of data captured via Reflector, the web-based, customizable application for analysis, goal-setting, and reflection. Supporter and colleague data is then paired with customizable and timely professional learning that uses the collected data to determine focus and growth areas.
