NEFEC's Instructional Services Program offers a wide array of services to superintendents, district administrators,  school leaders, and teachers.  Professional learning, instructional resources, and networking opportunities allow districts to address their identified instructional needs.

Additional services include grant writing and implementation, plan development, textbook adoption, and legislative technical assistance.  Regular opportunities for cross-district networking and collaboration are provided through the NEFEC Organization of Education Leaders (NOEL), CTE Directors, and other network meetings. Currently, 19 Florida school districts participate in the NEFEC Instructional Services Program.
