Force Syncing VSA and Educator

Sometimes VSA and Educator will not show the same percent complete and grade. When this occurs you can force sync the systems by running the LMS Upload option for the student. If the delay has been more than 24 hours, you are welcome to force the update.  

To force an update, Instructors would need to do the following:

1. Review your Student Roster in the Teacher Dashboard, and select the students you want to update (blue boxes)

2. Click on the Dropdown, next to "Group Action"

3. Click on "Add to LMS Upload"

4. Click on the "Go" button

5. Wait 10 minutes to 24 hours for the data to update

Please note that if the student's data does not update within this timeframe after selecting the “Add to LMS Upload” option, please do not attempt to use the option again as it will overload the system and cause even more of a delay in the data updates.  (In these cases, you will need to contact the help desk or put in an incident for assistance as there could be other issues going on.)
