Content: Competitive Games offers a variety of competitive and recreational activities, including flag football, floor hockey, and basketball, which involve team play and lifetime activities. Students will learn skills, strategies, and rules of the game while working on interpersonal relationships in a cooperative environment. In addition to the gameplay activities, students will also partake in strength training, fitness testing and health-related components related to assessing their personal health and attaining the goal of living a physically active life into adulthood.
Activities: Floor hockey, basketball, flag football, soccer, team handball, cardio training, and strength training.
