Scheduling and other Calendar Basics

Guests can RSVP to your events by email or via Google Calendar.

Share your Calendar

To "delegate" a calendar, share the calendar with a colleague, and give them permissions to Make Changes, or Make Changes and Manage Sharing

Create a New Calendar

Additional calendars (for resources, group schedules, etc.) can be created and shared with individuals or groups.

Create Appointment Slots

Add appointment slots to your own calendar or a shared calendar (for a resource, for instance). An associated "appointments page" will be created so you can share it with people for booking

Install the Zoom/Google Calendar Plugin for Chrome || Install the Zoom/Google Calendar Plug-in for Firefox

Once the plug-in is installed, a Zoom button will appear in your meeting options when to create a new calendar event.

Offline access provides a read-only version of your calendar you can view without an internet connection
