Then FROM YOUR PHONE please click on the blue "Get Started" button and follow the prompts to set up your door access.
You can choose from facial recognition, Mobile Button or Mobile Tap with your phone. We recommend selecting the Mobile Button or Mobile Tap option as the facial recognition does not always work depending on the lighting and shadows based on the time of day.
This system replaces the supra lockbox previously hanging on the door so it is important that everyone set this up or you won't be able to access the office outside of regular office hours.
*Also please note that the camera on the front door as well as on the outside of the building do have sound so your conversations outside may not be confidential.
