*To print a copy of your Real Estate License and check your CE transcript, log on to the Pulse Portal.
Course completions are submitted by the course instructor within 10 business days from the course date.
To ensure your credits have been reported properly and to stay up to date on your CE requirements check your CE Transcripts regularly.
Agents are required to complete 30 real estate CE credits in their two year cycle, with a minimum of 15 CE credits in the first year of the cycle. If you don't remember which cycle year you are in, or how many credits you still need please check your transcript on the Pulse Portal. If you need help finding your transcript on the portal, contact Pulse Portal Customer Service at (877) 244-1688, M-F 8AM-5PM CST.

Code of Ethics Requirement (Deadline December 31).
Realtors® must complete 2.5 CE of Code of Ethics training every three years in order to continue their membership with the association. *If you do not complete this requirement by the deadline you will lose your membership and a $100 reactivation fee will be applied.
Check your status online by logging in to the portal. Under your name it will list if MAR records indicate whether you have satisfied the requirement. You can also see the last date you have completed your COE. Realtor® Emeritus members are not required to take the Code of Ethics training.

At the bottom of the page under Other Services click on “Review Your CE Transcript”
Enter your last name, license number and social security number
Click “Next”
Select “View/Refresh Report” (Your transcript will pop open in a new window) *If a new window does not open click on instructions below your name to enable pop-ups
Check for multiple pages to your CE transcript on the top ribbon. *You can also download and print your CE Transcripts from the top ribbon

All courses listed on your transcript are a record of what you've taken during the two-year licensing period.
Column 1 shows the number of credits you need to take by June 30th.
If you need 15 CE credits you are in the first year of your licensing cycle, you DO NOT renew this year.
If you need 30 CE credits you are in the 2nd year of your licensing cycle and you DO need to renew this year.
Column 2 shows how many credits you have taken so far within your licensing cycle.
Column 3 shows many credits you still need to take by June 30th.
Row 1- Is the module you are required to take by June 30th
Row 2- Agency Law (1 hour required every 2-year cycle)
Row 3- Fair Housing (1 hour required every 2-year cycle)
Row 4- The totals of the columns outlined above
If completed credits that are missing from your transcript, contact the course instructor.
Do not repeat a class you've already taken in the same cycle, you cannot receive credit twice for the same class.
Check for a "Page 2" on the top of your transcripts, it can easily be missed.
