Ellona Yoder is a dedicated educator and accomplished professional with a diverse background in business and science. She earned her degree from Loyola University Chicago, where she developed a strong foundation in critical thinking and leadership. Following her graduation, Ellona successfully operated her own financial and insurance agency under Shelter Insurance, where she gained extensive experience in client relations, risk management, and entrepreneurship.
Driven by a passion for lifelong learning and community impact, Ellona transitioned into education and now serves as an Integrated Chemistry and Physics teacher for Elkhart Community Schools. She brings real-world knowledge into the classroom, fostering curiosity and confidence in her students while connecting scientific concepts to everyday life.
Ellona Yoder participated in the CMS Hardware and CMS Cables projects at QuarkNet, contributing to hands-on work involving detector components and cable management essential to the CMS experiment at Notre Dame University.
