Furshished on-campus faculty apartment accommodations may be available to lease based upon availability.
Apartments will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis.

On-campus apartments consist of six one-bedroom and two two-bedroom units with living rooms, bathrooms, and kitchenettes are available for Kellogg Visiting Fellows. The two-bedroom units are reserved for fellows who come with families. One of the single bedroom units is equipped to serve visitors who are physically disabled. No pets allowed.
Apartment furnishings include towels, bed linens, pillows, blankets, bedspreads, dishes, cookware, and utensils. Each apartment is equipped with a television; kitchen appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Utilities, cable service, secure wireless network, local telephone service, daily trash removal, and light weekly cleaning are also included. Laundry facilities are available in the building.
Rental fees for the one- and two-bedroom apartments are:
One-bedroom: $1030 per month
Two-bedroom: $1300 per month

A Security Deposit is required, $400 for one-bedroom and $500 for two-bedroom apartment.
University policy for apartment occupancy states that only visiting faculty members and immediate families (spouse and/or children) may live in on-campus faculty apartments. Pets of any kind are not allowed. Guests or other non-immediate family members (in-laws, nieces/nephews, etc.) may visit for brief stays only. Exceptions to this policy will be made only under extenuating circumstances and must be approved well in advance by Asset Management. Requests for exceptions due to special circumstances should be directed through Denise Wright.
All residents are required to sign a lease and an inventory inspection document at the time of occupancy.
