The Goodnight Scholarships Office is introducing the newest edition of Goodnight Explorers, Goodnight FITsplorers. An 8 week group fitness challenge that will take place from January 19th - March 15th. Instead of creating a resolution to go to the gym more, join our challenge to find which fitness activities you enjoy the most! Each week we will drop a new fitness challenge for you to complete with fellow Goodnight Scholars. All activities are beginner friendly, and meant to get you to try new activities throughout the course of the spring semester.
This is how this newest challenge will work:
Complete the fitness challenge and snap an iconic photo
You’ll earn 1 point for completing the activity with the specified number of people
You can never repeat who you complete a fitness activity with. For example whoever you do the first week with, can never be utilized for the rest of the challenge. Each week you need to complete the activities with new people.
All participants must be in the photo to get points
There are also weeks with BONUS points that will have an additional fitness challenge
