Winter Concerts 2025

Parents,

As a reminder, our Winter Concerts are next week. Please see the full winter concert schedule below with all of the information.

If you are attending the morning concerts, please make sure you drop your student off in the carline as normal, put your hazards on and our team can direct you where to park. Once parked, lobby doors will open at 7:45 for families. Please do not come into the lobby prior to 7:45 AM.

If you are attending the morning concerts and have a sibling that wants to watch the concert, please keep them with you instead of dropping them off in carline. You will need to mark in School Pass that they will be late due to their sibling’s winter concert. 

If you are attending the evening concerts, we will have parking available in the staff parking lot for families. All concerts will be held on our campus. The schedule is as follows:

Monday, Dec. 8th

8:15 am - 1st Grade- Students should wear their regular school uniform.

5:30 pm - 4th Grade, Jr. Band 1, Jr. Orchestra 1- Students should wear their formal attire and arrive by 5:10. 

Tuesday, Dec. 9th

8:15 am - 2nd Grade- Students should wear their regular school uniform.

5:30 pm - 5th and 6th Grade Musical, Jr. Orchestra 2, Jr. Orchestra 3, Jr. Band 2- Students should wear their costumes and arrive by 5:00. Costume Info

Wednesday, Dec. 10th

8:15 AM – 3rd Grade - Students should wear their formal day uniform.

5:30 PM & 7:00 PM- Winter Theater Performance and Upper School Choir Concert. Students should wear simple costumes for winter theater performances per Mrs. Barnett's email and Choir students should dress in concert black. Theater students should arrive by 5:10 and Choir students 6:30. ***If there are any Dad’s that can stay after this concert to help put the stage away, we would be grateful. For the safety of our students, we do ask that no students help with putting the stage away.***

Thursday, Dec. 11th

5:30 PM – Upper School Band/Orchestra – Students should wear their school regular uniform. High School students should wear concert black.
