Reminders from the Health Office

Upper School and Middle School Parents - please read these important messages regarding an update to our medication carry policy. 

A friendly reminder as you schedule appointments over the summer: if you uploaded Medication Authorization/Allergy/Asthma or any other health care plan forms during enrollment, please be sure to have new forms completed with your student's provider's (MD, NP, PA) signature. Please reach out to Mrs. Luquette or Mrs. Hons if you need the correct forms for your student.
