7:20 - 7:40 - Carline - Students unpack backpacks, use the restroom and start morning work- usually connected to literacy skills

7:40 - 8:40 - Flag, Student Pledge & calendar // Literacy and Literature

8:40 - 9:10 - Literacy - write our new daily words, practice phonograms, McCall Harby reading passages (M, W & F) , poetry practice / grammar / writing sentences

9:10 - 9:20 - Bathroom

9:20 - 9:50 - PE with Mrs. Roberts

9:50 - 10:30 - Math (block 1)

10:30-10:35 - transition: line up for lunch

10:35 - 11:35 - Lunch & Recess

11:40 - 12:10 - Art with Mr. Howe or Music with Mrs. May

12:10 - 12:15 -Transition: take out materials for math

12:15 - 12:55 - Math (block 2)

12:55 - 1:00 - Transition: line up for bathroom

1:00 - 1:15 - Snack  & story

1:15 - 1:50 - Discovery Studies (History / Geography M, W & F) (Science T & Th) 

1:50 - 2:50 - Literacy (to include reading partners with our volunteers T-Th 2:25-2:50) Reading Buddies with 5th grade takes place during this block every other Friday.

2:50 - 3:00 - Prepare for dismissal

3:00 - 3:30- Dismissal (Students working on classroom jobs and then option of activity)
