Overview

• Registration: Students will be sent an email prompt to register for Calipso before or during their first semester of study. The student's Calipso account will then remain current throughout the program regardless of the number of semesters required.

• Fee: Students will be required to pay a one-time fee paid upon initial registration. Students will pay this fee electronically via a secure online payment system accessible from the Calipso website.  There is a  one-time fee to enroll that the student pays directly to Calipso.

• Students may use hard copy forms to assist in their daily clinical tracking, although all hours must be logged in Calipso.

  • An updated resume is required to be completed every semester that a student is placed in an off-campus practicum. Your practicum arrangements cannot be finalized without the resume. 

  • If you are receiving financial aid and/or loan deferment in any semester in which you are completing a full-time practicum and are registered for less than six credit hours,  you can complete this petition form to allow you to receive your aid/deferment for that semester.
