Administration

The Administration Officer and their Assistants are responsible for personnel functions, including, but not limited to:


1)  Maintain all cadet administrative records.

2)  Record the minutes of unit staff meetings and provide copies to all staff members.

3)  Prepare unit forms and new cadet packets for issuance to all new cadets upon arrival.

4)  Maintain an accurate records of all forms received on an annual basis.

5)  Enter information regarding all events, reports, and promotions.

6)  Track personnel awards, lettering qualifications, and advancement charts.
