This course discussed many problematic topic related to teaching in the 21st century. The teaching profession is plagued with many problems which effect the outcomes associated with recrutiting and retaining teachers. For this course, I chose to expand my understanding on how teacher salaries play a significant role in personal and professional  teacher problems, which are linked to educational outcomes that represent positive and negative perspectives. My report documents my perspective about teacher salaries and the patterns that have counterfeited the current teacher salary system.
