Technology Integration: Edublogs
Researching digital devices that change the world allowed me to further investigate my interest about how digital learning content can a platform to support the developmental stages of our students in the 21st century. After condoning my research about digital devices, I chose to investigate further into edublogs and how this web 2.0 resources can be used to transform teaching and learnings. Edublogs is a free blogging website that can be feasible implemented and aligned the curriculum to have students engaged and work on 21st century skills such as critical thinking, collaboration, communication and problem-solving. This web 2.0 resources offers me the opportunity to refurbish my professional practices in terms of organization, leadership and project management. All content that I wants to share can be organized into specific categories and accessible in an efficient manner by all members enrolled into the class website. My role as the facilitator of information, discussions, and collaboration opportunities will allow for my students to engage in their learning using constructivist strategies to scaffold their knowledge in order to meet the learning outcomes aligned to the curriculum. Using edublogs to relay information will support my pedagogical practices of project management because all used content and materials will be housed in a primary location, which can be accessible from multiple digital devices such as computer, smart phone and tablet.
Taking into consideration 21st century skills and technology integration, I was able to design a unit that emphasizes digital citizenship on a global level. As a education technology leader, it is my responsibility to instill knowledge into my students in terms of digital citizenship and building a tolerance towards global acceptance. This unit was thoughtfully constructed and organized into individual skills where my students will be able to excel and meet the success criteria demanded by the lesson objectives. In addition, the technology utilized help organize the different digital citizenship skills into modules where it would become a reference for my students to refer back to when needed. Each lesson that my students participate in will require them to cthink critically and collaborate constructively to receive the necessary information. This orchestrated unit follow the constructivist learning theory where my role transformed into a facilitator, and my students used the required material to constructively build their knowledge following constructivist practices. By creating my own global digital citizenship unit, I was able to scaffold my knowledge of the necessary components of digital citizenship and align them with activities to further learn about each individual skill. The experience will assist with my future project management as I develop into an education technologist and use digital learning content as a primary source of instruction to meet 21st century skills and practices.

The fluid communication amongst all members kept us keep organized while being mindful of our vison set by our goals as a collaborative group. We shared and divided roles and responsibilities to help us work toward the final product of the grant proposal.
