Learner Profile
The IB learner profile is the IB mission statement translated into a set of learning outcomes for the 21st century. Our learning community, both in and out of the classroom, should provide opportunities for students to develop these intellectual abilities and attitudes.

All IHS staff should make the learner profile a priority in the development of our school culture and community. Students regularly should reflect on their development of these ten attributes by making connections to the content of their classrooms and the development of their own skills and behaviors.
In your classes, you can integrate the learner profile into your lessons by:
Connecting to content
Connecting to student skills/behaviors
Connecting to student reflections of learning
To celebrate students who demonstrate the learner profile traits, use the Helping Tigers GROWL form.
