The Napa County Teacher Induction Program (NCTIP) provides a two-year, individualized, job-embedded system of mentoring and support designed to accelerate professional growth for beginning teachers. Through collaborative inquiry, reflective practice, and ongoing mentoring, candidates develop the knowledge, skills, and dispositions necessary to positively impact student learning.

Teacher induction is grounded in continuous improvement. Candidates identify a student need, implement a targeted strategy, collect evidence, and reflect on the results.
