Senior Program Manager
Our purpose in Induction is to "cultivate a community of lifelong learners through continuous reflection and collaboration". As a learner, we practice inviting thinking and collaboration to leverage the power we have as a professional body of educators. No teacher is in this alone, as we all work to give every child the opportunity and tools to grow.
Part of your support team is our fabulous Training Cadre! These professionals serve students and teachers in several capacities, and will be a touch point for resource, information, and collaboration throughout your Induction experience. We are always looking for qualified professionals with diverse experiences to bring their specific expertise to our team so we might develop the most responsive and meaningful induction program for all participants. 5 years or more as an educator
2 years experience as an induction mentor
Advanced professional training (e.g. Graduate Degree in Education, certifications as an educational trainer, or relevant graduate level coursework.)
Capacity to attend and facilitate evening sessions

The Napa County Teacher Induction Program Grievance Process is available to any currently enrolled candidate, mentor, or administrator who may choose to submit concerns or questions regarding program policy or procedures. Specifically, the Grievance Policy outlines criteria in the following areas:
